Service is mainly thought to take place in the dining room but here at Green Hill the kitchen is run traditionally to prepare and deliver delicious foods fast.

The difference in flavor is undeniable. Our ground beef is sourced locally from Blackwell Farms, healthy farm eggs are also sourced locally, and minimally refined beef tallow can always be found in our fryer.

Indiana has many a variation of tenderloins so ours is crafted to stand a bit apart and exceed expectations. By wet brining our Indiana pork then cold-smoking over applewood we have a unique advantage in flavor over more simple/traditional approaches to the local favorite. We prefer brioche buns toasted with clarified butter made in house and natural hearth baked sourdough bread.
